The AI Burrow is an applied AI collective — consultancy, workshop studio, and builder community. We help teams past the hype — documenting what actually works, what breaks, and what to do differently.
For SMEs, business owners, and teams stuck at "we know AI is important, but what do we actually do with it?" I've made enough mistakes to help you avoid yours.
Wire AI into the tools your team already uses. Agents, workflows, internal automations that solve a real problem — not a demo.
Troubleshoot what's broken. Map what's possible. Help you prioritise what actually moves the needle for you.
Keynotes, panels, internal sessions. Plain-spoken, builder-honest, no slide-deck theatre.
Absolutely mind-blown. Basically learnt the 101 on how to get started — even in high-level business, the first thing we learn is foundations and vocabulary. This course blew the gates open to agentic building and integration. Stay curious, stay hungry.
I came in curious, left knowing how to build. We deployed a working AI employee on Telegram — it handles client queries, troubleshoots issues, generates reports. It's solving real problems on demand across my personal and business workflows. Didn't expect that ROI from a single workshop.
Really wanna thank you and Nat for running this course. It was so good — honestly I didn't expect much of myself, I knew my tech limitations. But now I have my own agent running tasks for me. So excited to see what more it can do for me. Thank you for being so patient and going the extra mile to troubleshoot. So glad I joined — will definitely be coming for more.
The process of setting up an artificial intelligence agent was more complex and in other ways simpler than I'd anticipated. Before the workshop, I wouldn't have known how to set up a virtual private server or deploy an AI agent. Thankful for the practical introduction to the risks of agentic adoption, tips for risk mitigation, and actual use cases.
Had little to no technical background and yet it was very easy to follow. Insightful class and can't wait to see where I can go from here!
Loved the workshop! Delivered everything promised in a small group setting. Perfect environment to learn.
If you need help with your small business and want to use AI, this is the course to go for!
One-day workshops for teams and individuals who'd rather build something than sit through a deck. Every batch gets into their batch group chat after — the learning keeps going.
All upcoming events are also posted on Luma ↗
Class sizes vary — we're deliberately keeping the next one small to refine the format. Larger custom sessions are open too; it depends on scope.
Three rooms, one crew. Start in the channel, move into the chat when you're ready to ask, get invited to the War Room when you're building something real.
A Telegram channel. News, experiments, half-formed ideas, the occasional rabbit hole. Anyone with a curiosity about AI can join.
The open chat room. For technical and non-technical builders alike — ask questions, share what you're working on.
What started as a founding sprint — a shared push to go deep, fast — became something more permanent. The War Room is now The AI Burrow's core implementation team: the people behind client project delivery and workshop execution. Entry by invitation.
No theory. Just the things that actually worked — and the ones that didn't.
Hosan is the founder of The AI Burrow — a community for AI-curious beginners and experienced builders alike, documenting what actually works, what breaks, and what to do differently.
One of the earliest adopters to run OpenClaw as a daily-driver personal AI agent — integrated across Telegram, WhatsApp, calendar, and custom automations.
Today, The AI Burrow operates as a coordinated collective of AI Associates — specialists across law, marketing, engineering, finance, crypto, and operations — helping organisations move from AI curiosity to actual deployment.
